Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post. Delivery typically takes 2–8 business days depending on your location. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
International Shipping
We also ship internationally using Australia Post International. Delivery times vary by destination, typically between 10–20 business days. Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occur due to carrier issues, customs inspections, or high shipping volumes. We are not liable for delays once the item has left our warehouse.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can track your parcel directly through the Australia Post website or app.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@ezauto-parts.com within 7 days of receiving your shipment. Please include your order number and photos of any damage (if applicable).
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
